At First Choice Drugs, we are proactive in performing all necessary functions within 24 hours of receiving a recall notice from a governing body, manufacturer, or supplier.

We check existing inventory for any recalled products. We quarantine any affected stock until it is returned to the supplier or manufacturer.

We will make every effort possible to inform anyone who has received affected medication. For your convenience, we make sure that all the necessary instructions and information associated with the recalled product are provided, including the issues involved. In case there is any interruption in contacting the patient, we will notify them by sending a written recall notice.
